Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we typically cannot offer a full refund or exchange. However, since we sell perishable goods (Roasted Coffee Beans and Drip Coffee Sachets), specific conditions apply to ensure food safety and quality.
Returns (Non-returnable Items)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Perishable Goods: According to standard food safety, opened bags of coffee beans or opened drip sachets cannot be returned.
- Exempt Items: Gift cards and promotional “sale” items are non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior contact.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Exchanges (Damaged or Incorrect Orders)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong variety. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at chiangmaiarabica@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product.
International Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail it to: 222/258 Village No.4, Don Keaw, Mae Rim, Chiang Mai, Thailand 50180.
- Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customs/Duties: For international orders, any customs fees or import taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
- Recommendation: If you are returning items over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
